If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Returns are for store credit or exchange only. We will issue you a gift card equal in value to the item. This will not include shipping. Returns must be sent in the original condition and box they were shipped. To insure this, simply pack them back into their original packaging and place in another shipping box. DO NOT place label on original box. Original box with item must be placed in different box for shipping or clock may be damaged in shipping. Returns must be sent pre-paid. We will not accept delivery charges on any orders without prior consent. All returns should be accompanied with a copy of your original order form and sent to the following address:

You should expect to receive your store credit within several days of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days).
Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. No claims can be made after 48 hours. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please contact us immediately by email and we will process a claim and/or replacement.
