  1. I collect the letter “A” for Angela, but mainly jewelry.
I also collect the number “2″ since I am in a band called Number 2-that one is random whatever 2′s I happen to like.
I would only purchase a letter or number as a gift for someone if I knew they collected it. I have bought my sister a few “G’s” she is a Gina and we call her G$
    Hoped that helped!!

I used to buy letters (mostly older items) but I havent lately. I think they look great in peoples homes and I love seeing how people display their letter collections. But I must be in a different phase now because I guess it has been almost a year since I looked for or purchased a decorative letter item. Still love them tho!

I collect the letter M for our last name. I started a wall in my dining room. I also have several unfinished ones that I’ve been wanting to do something with, but haven’t had the time yet. I’d love to get or make one of the big marquee letters with the lights, too. :) Oh, and the small letter paintings you showed recently were awesome

I love M + D…have it all over the house…ever since my man carved it in a tree and surprised me during a hike. I have the printers stamps….wood letters etc. ;-)

haha! well, I still haven’t gotten my Artfest 2012 post done…so don’t feel so bad. :) I haven’t bought letters before but I can see how other people would…I think they’d be great for decorating kids/babies rooms…

I think your collection of As are wonderfully inspiring, and it´s a great idea for my sister and her family, where every family-members names starts with the same letter. My chosen family has different letters all around, both first and last names, so it´s a bit more difficult to find a letter to collect. :-)
But I might give letters as gifts.

I haven’t collected letters mainly because the letter J usually cannot stand on it’s own, it has to hang or be somehow supported. I do like lower & upper case J’s, however I can’t seem to find many. Not really a number collector either. Your canvas letter paintings are cool, I would give them as gifts! : )

  8. I like seeing encouraging words on my walls, so I collect letters to make them.

  9. Kate says:

I have a dream. Of redoing the house, room by room. And when finished, each room would have a word somewhere – like “relax” or “create” or “feast” – in different letters. So, yes. I am collecting them. ;)

I love words…so I have individual letters formed into words on my walls ” Laugh” I am not a big fan of numbers and avoid them like the plague. Your letters are so lovely!!
